What’s the most effective way to track my activities?

Wrist-worn wearables, such as the Apple Watch, are designed to effectively track movement over a longer period and during vigorous activity.

On both Android devices and iPhones you can use a supported Garmin or Fitbit wearable. You can also use an Apple Watch (iPhone only), a Google Watch with Google Fit* or Health Connect (Android only) or a Samsung Watch with Samsung Health (Android only).

If you have more than one device connected, the Qantas Wellbeing App uses the highest number of steps taken or cycling kilometres recorded.

*From 2026, Google Fit will no longer sync activity data directly to the Qantas Wellbeing App. Users will be required to update to sync with Google Health Connect to continue tracking activity.
