What’s the most effective way to track my activities?

Wrist-worn wearables, such as the Apple Watch, are designed to effectively track movement over a longer period and during vigorous activity.

Fitbit connects directly to the Qantas Wellbeing App, and other compatible wearable devices can be used as long as they can be paired with Google Fit or Health.

If you have more than one device connected, the Qantas Wellbeing App uses the highest number of steps taken or cycling kilometres recorded.
