Do I have to switch optical providers?
No, you can still visit any recognised Optical provider you like and your annual limit and cover aren't affected. If your preferred provider isn’t part of the First Choice network, you’ll receive a set benefit amount towards eligible Optical items rather than a percentage of the provider’s fee from 13 January 2027.
