Can you offer assistance if I am experiencing vulnerability as a Qantas Home Insurance policyholder?

If you're experiencing vulnerability we encourage you to talk to us about it. Whether you’re experiencing domestic or family violence, financial distress, mental or physical health conditions, language or literacy barriers, or vulnerability due to cultural background, we can help.  

Together with our insurance partner, Auto and General, we’ll work with you to arrange the support you need, with free and confidential support services.  If you need help with your insurance, you can also call us on 13 49 60.
