How can I find the set benefit before I book with a non-First Choice network physiotherapy provider?

As this isn’t a complete list of physiotherapy treatments, the easiest way to check the benefit for your planned treatment is to ask your physiotherapist for a quote showing the relevant item numbers and fees. This will help you understand what you may get back and any out-of-pocket costs before you book. First Choice providers have agreed fees with nib, helping give you more certainty about your out-of-pocket costs. Non-First Choice providers set their own fees, so your out-of-pocket cost may vary depending on the provider’s fee, the service you receive and your level of cover.

Your cover and annual limit remain the same no matter which physiotherapist you see, as long as they’re a recognised provider in Australia.
