Do I have to switch physiotherapists?
No, you can still visit any recognised physiotherapy provider you like and your annual limit and cover aren't affected. If your preferred physiotherapist isn't part of the First Choice network, you'll simply get a set amount back for eligible services rather than a percentage from 13 January 2027.
