How do I obtain a Confirmation of Transaction for my claim?
- A Confirmation of Transaction Statement (COTS) is a document that sets out basic information about your finalised claim, including any excess paid by you and what we covered.
- You can request a COTS by calling 134 960 and we will send it to you once your claim has been finalised.
