What optional extras are available with Qantas Home Insurance?
You can customise your insurance to suit you and your budget by adding one or more of the following options to your Qantas Home Insurance policy.

Flood Cover Cover for loss or damage caused by flooding rivers, creeks, lakes, dams and other bodies of water. | |||
Accidental Damage Cover Peace of mind above and beyond that offered by standard cover to include cover for accidental damage to most of your home. | |||
Landlord Covers Landlords can choose one or both of the following:

Motor Burnout Cover Cover for electric motors you own (less than 10 years old) for motor burnout caused by a power surge. | |||
Sum Insured Safeguard If your nominated sum insured is insufficient to repair, rebuild or replace your home, we may increase it by up to 25% (e.g. from $400,000 to $500,000). | |||
Personal Effects Cover You can choose one or both of the following to insure portable items (eg. jewellery, sunglasses, camera) you take with you away from your home.

Commercial Storage Cover if your contents are lost or damaged while they're stored in a commercial storage facility. |
