Why can’t I make my bedtime less than 6 hours?

We have set a limit based on the recommended healthy amount of sleep for most adults. The Sleep Health Foundation recommends that most adults need 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night, while a very small portion of the population need slightly less - about 6 hours.
