Do I need a wearable?

iOS users

You do not need a wearable if you are using an iPhone 6s and above, or an iPod Touch 7th gen and above. You can track your activity just by using the Apple device. You will need to carry your iPhone or iPod to track your activity.

To determine whether your wearable tracker syncs with Health, please check with the device manufacturer.

Android users

You can track your steps and cycling just by using your phone by downloading the free Google Fit App. You will need to carry your phone to track your activity.
