What support is provided if I am experiencing financial hardship as a Qantas Home Insurance policyholder?

If you're having trouble meeting your financial obligations to us (excluding premium payments), you can ask us for financial hardship support. This support is designed to assist a customer or third party with insurance-related expenses, for example an excess under a policy we've issued.
