Can I use Garmin to track my activity?

Garmin devices can be used to track your steps, cycling or swimming challenges.

To connect your device:

  1. Download the Garmin Connect App and pair your Garmin to this app,
  2. Tap on Settings in the Qantas Wellbeing App
  3. Tap on Data Sources
  4. Select Garmin from the list
  5. Select which activities you wish to track (Steps, Cycling, Swimming or perhaps all 3!)

You do not need to deselect any other data sources you currently have connected as the appwill simply use the data from whatever data source records the highest activity.
