How can I change my bedtime and phone down reminder settings?

To change your phone down settings:

  1. From the “Challenges” screen, tap on “Sleep Health Challenge”
  2. Make sure the “Bedtime” tab is selected (located near the top of the screen).
  3. Tap on your bedtime or wake time to open the bedtime settings screen.
  4. Use your finger to move the moon to adjust your bedtime and the sun to adjust your wake time.
  5. Tap “Update”

To change your phone down reminder settings:

  1. From the “Challenges” screen, tap on “Sleep Health Challenge”.
  2. Make sure the “Bedtime” tab is selected (located near the top of the screen).
  3. Tap “Phone down reminder”.
  4. Tap to select when you would like your reminder, or select “No reminder”.
