Could I pay more out-of-pocket costs?

What you pay may vary depending on your physiotherapist’s fee, the service you receive and your level of cover. Your physiotherapy cover and annual limit will stay the same and you can continue to visit any recognised physiotherapy provider in Australia.

If you visit a non-First Choice physiotherapist, you’ll receive a set benefit towards each eligible service. If the provider charges more than this amount, you will have an out-of-pocket cost and you’ll need to pay the difference.

At a First Choice physiotherapist, you’ll continue to get a percentage of the provider’s fee back, based on your level of cover.
