Does my policy provide cover for riding a motorcycle overseas?

You may be covered as a rider or passenger on a motorcycle as long as:

  1. The motorcycle is 125cc or less and you or the person in control of the motorcycle holds a current and valid motorcycle license for the country the motorcycle is being operated in; or
  2. The motorcycle is 126cc or greater and you or the person in control of the motorcycle holds a current and valid license for the motorcycle in their home country and the country the motorcycle is being operated in; and
  3. Subject to the above points as applicable, local road rules are being adhered to and a motorcycle helmet and appropriate safety gear are being worn.
