Qantas Airways Limited (Qantas) and nib health funds limited (nib) issue this collection notice jointly with respect to the Qantas Health Insurance quote and application process.
The protection of your personal information is very important to us.
Qantas and nib and their related bodies corporate only collect information from you that is relevant to providing you with products and services, in accordance with both the Qantas Privacy Policy and the nib Privacy Policy.
Without this information we may not be able to provide these products and services to you.
Your information may be disclosed to other people involved with the provision of these products and services as set out in the Qantas Privacy Policy and the nib Privacy Policy. These other people may include:
any insurance intermediary involved in the transaction;

The Qantas Privacy Policy and nib Privacy Policy contain information about how you can access the personal information that we hold about you and how you can correct it as well as information about how you can make a privacy complaint and how the complaint will be handled.
