If your trip hasn’t gone as planned and you need to make a claim, we’re here to help you every step of the way.

Three easy steps to submit a claim online

Step 1

Log in to our claims portal and follow the prompts to lodge your claim.

Step 2

We’ll review your claim and contact you within 10 business days with our decision (or let you know if we need more information).

Check your claims status

Step 3

You’ll receive an email with details of our decision regarding your claim. If the claim is accepted, you’ll be advised the claim payment amount (less any excess payable).
