Why does it take up to 12 hours for the Friends Challenge results to be finalised?
We want to give all Qantas Wellbeing App users time to sync their devices to ensure all their relevant data is included.
If a user syncs after the completion of the Friends Challenge, as long as this is within 12 hours of completion, only data from the days of the challenge will be taken into account.
