The Heart Foundation supports Qantas Wellbeing's innovative approach to rewarding people for being active, like running, cycling and walking. Walking for 30 minutes or more a day can reduce the risk of coronary heart disease by a third.
Big Heart Badge
As part of this innovative partnership and our commitment to being active, we have created the Big Heart badge within the Qantas Wellbeing App
To earn this badge, Qantas Frequent Flyer members aged 13 or over must complete at least 10,000 steps in a day, 10 times and for each Big Heart Badge collected, Qantas Wellbeing will donate $1 to The Heart Foundation.
