Why does my points total in the App look different to the points shown in my Qantas Frequent Flyer account?
The points displayed in the profile section of the App are the total number of points earned with Qantas Wellbeing since joining. This total includes:
- All points earned from challenges and badges in the Qantas Wellbeing App
- For eligible Qantas Insurance policyholders, points earned from signing up and points earned on your premium
Important: this total does not take into account any Qantas Points you have redeemed or Qantas Points you have earned across the rest of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.
