Can I book travel insurance online?
Yes. We offer a range of Qantas Travel Insurance policies which can be booked online for flights departing from Australia (for Australian residents).
Qantas Frequent Flyer members, who are Residents of Australia and have sufficient Qantas Points to cover the cost of travel insurance, have the option to redeem points for their Qantas Travel Insurance when purchased with a flight.^
You can also buy Qantas Travel Insurance online at any time via the Qantas Insurance website.

^ You can only use points for Qantas Travel Insurance when it is obtained as part of a flight booking made on the Qantas website. A member must have sufficient points to cover the whole amount of points required to redeem for the travel insurance. A member is unable to use a mixture of points and cash to obtain travel insurance.
