Why are you increasing my premium during a pandemic?

We understand the past year has been tough for many Australians, which is why we’ve worked hard to balance health insurance affordability while ensuring we can continue to provide health cover for our members when and where they need it. 

The changes reflect the increased cost of medical treatment and predicted rise in claims in the year ahead and our underwriter, nib, are seeing an increase in treatment and claiming activity compared to the previous year.
