I’m receiving JobKeeper /JobSeeker payments as part of the Federal Government's COVID-19 support, do these premium changes apply to me?

Yes. Members receiving JobKeeper and JobSeeker payments were eligible to have their 2020 premium increases waived as part of our COVID-19 member support package, however, this offer does not apply to our 2021 premium changes.

We understand the past year has been one of hardship and uncertainty for many Australians, which is why we’ve worked hard to balance health insurance affordability while ensuring we can continue to provide health cover for our members when and where they need it.

Members experiencing ongoing financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, are encouraged to contact us by calling 13 49 60, to discuss how we may be able to support them.
